Whomever decided that the speed limit needed to be lowered to 60 km/h should be forced to drive between Belleville and Shannonville two or three times a day for a week or so. Then they can appreciate how crazy this is. Who is the Einstein on the city council that thought this a good idea / necessary anyway?
