I agree 100%. They get bail and do more crime and never pitched up at court. Every time getting away with it

Granting of bail to Endjala is totally unacceptable the Magistrate which grant him that bail must be removed totally and never ever practice again

current determination of bail in different courts is far too inconsistent and lenient. very detrimental to peace and order in the country

easy bail is also a slap in the face of police officers, who try hard to catch criminals, - only to see them back on the streets the next day;/

Bail should not be given or considered with robbery, theft, sexual assault and murder charges.

Real change is possible but people should stand up and be counted in large numbers. This is the only way that Politicians who has the power to facilitate these changes will act!! Unfortunately the current Political Ideology views - Law, Order, Policing and Justice as non essential - maybe in talk but definitely not in actions and or setting examples, hence the electorate has to through The Power of Numbers change the Political establishment's soft and reluctant stance and lack of action on this Failing System which will soon reach crises status if not already. The problem must be approached from two sides - 1) Correcting in a big way the Failing Namibia Justice System and 2) Drastic bettering of the General Morality of us as a Namibian Nation. CRIME CAN NO LONGER BE EXCEPTED AS A NORM
