Unbelievable and a disgrace! Small wonder that crime is on a rampant increase. Must be totally de-motivating for law-enforcement officers to find and arrest criminals, only to have them released again to commit further crimes.

How can somebody be on bail, not returning for his court case and getting bail a 2nd time? His first bail money should be forfighted.

Gaan my verstand te bowe, die booswig kry weer borg, hierdie keer N$5000-00. Hy weet hy moes in hof verskyn, op die dag van die nuwe misdaad, hy ignoreer dit, maar net 'n bewys dat hy nie ontsag het vir die reg stelsel nie. Miskien is dit bekend aan hom as hy 'n lieg storie vertel, die hof hom sal glo. En dat hy nie sy borg geld sal verloor nie. Wat het van sy eerste borg geld geword - N$2000-00. Dit moes verbeurt verklaar word. Hy moes in aanhouding bly.

These people should stay in jail till their case will be open in court. What kind of a negative and poor reputation for the namibian law when the public sees how low these people are treated while they are doing the same things over and over again when they are out of jail and free. Others with another skin colour will be treated different I bet!!!

Gewoonte misdadiger met die intensie om misdaad te pleeg, vrygelaat om weer misdaad te pleeg. Misdadigers het geld om borg te betaal. Kort voor lank word iemand vermoor. So onnodig.
