We need to modernize our entire system with proper networked computer systems, archives, labs and data centres. Police,Natis, Courts, Lawyers, Prisons etc need to all work on the same network so that coordination, search, checking and cross-checking is always done with the latest information at hand. And we need to either privatize or expand and modernize our prison system to deal with the increase in the criminal population and for longer periods. BH

Our laws need to become more harsh and not let somebody get away with bail everytime and criminals get bail even when the have been serious charges ! They leave the country in the meantime like it happened with the Chinese person who poached Rhinos and he actually got bail and could leave Namibia to China !! This is ridiculous what happened !!

Judge system needs to be change on a very serious note, why should a criminal who has committed a same crime over gets bail.i have a serious problem with car breakers and Atm Bob card sneakers .

Time for stricter law enforcement. Consequences are not severe enough to eradicate crime!
