Make it more difficult for voilent and repeat offenders to obtain bail. Keep them off the streets, and deal with them swiftly and decisively. They mean business when going about their criminal ways, with no sympathy for their victims, young or old. Seems our justice system believes in providing second chances to these criminals.

They are getting away murder and they are on someone's payroll. They should not get bail.

We need justice and law in Namibia! Our tourism industry is going to fail, investors will give us a skip, and our own people are losing faith in the future of our beautiful Namibia!

Namibian's are tired of the failing justice system. We have laws and policies in place to make us look good to the rest of the world and keep us at the top of certain rating indexes but the systems is rotten from within.
