I support this petition whole heartedly as these criminal activities will damage the tourism of this country and if we show the world that we are not judging these acts harshly and allowing the criminals back on the street again we will surely start seeing a downturn in tourism to Namibia as I have stopped visiting South Africa for this exact reason, if I do not feel save, why should I go there. Please Namibian Government and Justice, ACT NOW !

I support the petition. Repeat offenders shouldn't be granted bail.

Justice is a basic human right. Why are we protecting criminals, surely this cannot be right.

We have had enough of barricading ourselves in our homes. It is time we felt safe to travel in our own country. Criminals belong behind bars, not peace loving and law abiding citizens.

Fully agree and I support the motion. We risk our lives to prevent crime as reservists and neighborhood watch and tomorrow people that were arrested walk free the next week. Why the effort and risk?

I salute your bravery in standing up for the suffering people in Namibia who are being victimised unabatedly by criminals as we have an inefficient police and judicial system!

If crimes are continuously successful then good bye Namibia where are we going. Our legal system protects criminals. We as LDNHW have had enough

I hope this will also include corruption. I haven't heard of any prosecution of for instance a member of the government although everybody knows that many are abusing their power for their personal interests and not performing their actual function.

Stricter bail conditions on repeat criminals, or NO bail!! Why must cases be investigated for years when the purpetrator has been caught redhanded, with all the evidence and or when evidence is soo overwhelming damning against the purpetrator??

We are sick of patroling our farms to keep the rubbish out and to control stock theft

I support the petition. I recently visited Botswana, Sambia and Malawi and enjoyed the peaceful and friendly people and very low crime rate. We Namibians should be able to achieve the same attitude and repect for each other by proper education and lawinforcement.
