The city thinks it'll be more revenue by giving tickets, how about less tax revenue because people move their business out of Ocala!

Such a ridiculous ordinance. I understand wanting to "clean up" Ocala, but put restrictions or rules on how they can display their items. Don't just ban them from promoting their businesses by displaying sales, etc. How about some compromise!! I, for one, always look for the display racks out at some of my favorite little thrift stores. if they're not out, I don't stop because I think they aren't open. I can see where they will lose a lot of business. Hoping city leaders & business owners of our community can come to some sort of compromise.
