Traffic increases and congestion due to continuous high-density development over the past several years have been detrimental to the safety and wellness of our community. I would ask that our recommended priorities be taken into serious account, as I believe they will help mitigate these concerns with this proposed development and ensure that long-term sustained growth can be still achieved without undermining our community (or neighborhood).

Please! Consider the neighborhood and why we live here, And not a developer and greed of money! There are already WAY too many apartments in our area!!!!!!!

I support development along PIB, but not this current plan. I too support previous comments for Chamblee to get back to smart, thoughtful development of the city.

I have lived here for 8 years now and the last thing we need is more high density housing around Chamblee. The roads as they are cannot manage the traffic effectively.

I support redevelopment along Peachtree Boulevard, but the current design negatively impacts the Sexton Woods neighborhood. We can do better.

This development is all wrong all the time. Chamblee government seems to have no problem with commercial developments intruding on established neighborhoods. It has to stop now. How about putting the people who live here right now in first place instead of "also ran in the race"?

Top priority:
No rezoning of 3462 Sexton Woods Dr
Adequate left turn lane from Peachtree northbound into the development
Ban left turns onto Sexton Woods Dr from the development
No variance on the 40ft required buffer between commercial and residential property
High priority:
Disconnect service road from parking deck
Reduce number of units per acre
Require privacy walls/trees between development & homes
No access through private property to Keswick lawn
Any Rail Trail extension also has 40-ft buffer from homes
Other Request:
Get city to add "No Thru Traffic" signs on Sexton Woods Dr
Eliminate the bump-out curb at SW and Peachtree
Increase retail space vs apartment space
No balconies overlooking single family homes
Ensure storm drainage does not overwhelm Sexton Woods Dr or the Keswick homes
No to rezoning of residential property with this development. Traffic concerns are of great importance.
