Where is Wee Ka Siong? He must come forward and answer this debacle! He is a long time Minister of Transport, even before 2018. What was the Management of Rapid doing for the past 25 years? Wasn't there any concern that the services may break down one fine day as happened now? Why didnt the Management conduct a comprehensive system check earlier, stringent upgrade and overhaul? Wee Ka Siong, shoe your face!

I live in kajang and working in Dang Wangi area. Not only that this issue has make my commute time getting longer, it also wearing me off because i need to walk for a longer distance. Not to mention when i have to climb stairs most of the time because of the faulty escalator in kajang mrt.

The unlimited breakdown of trains, facilities and delay were really shown the management do not care about the passenger at all! Should be compulsory for mgmt to take public transport during peak hour from time to time to understand how bad of their service.

Breakdown of kelana jaya line happen frequently but nothing seems improved. How frequent is the maintenance until prasana can’t foresee severe breakdown will occur? This is effecting thousands of people. Higher-ups whose are getting salary are not doing anything before and even after this happen should step down, take the responsibility for being irresponsible!!
