The issue started on Saturday and up until now, not one of the top management has come out to apologize. Sitting on their thrones without an ounce of guilt to the riders who now have to opt for other mode of transportation. Busses which are also under rapidkl are far from being reliable. What other options do we have? The inflated grab rides? Plus, the super slow action of deploying rapid busses to ferry the stranded passengers is just plain irresponsible.
