Better maintenance, preventive maintenance schedule should be put in place alongwith backup plan to ease the people.

I held a big events and the lrt decide to shutdown on the day of my event. They should informed us 2 days early or a week early so we can prepared.

they have never shown any transparency on where did they spend the money for the development of our transportation. it’s such a hassle for the majority of the public transport users whenever such things happen. kid you not, this is not the first time and it seems that they don’t even have any contingency plans at all. if they’re so incompetent in doing their job, just take the honour of stepping down. make a way for those who really care about our country.
