Chadwick Farms Homeowners Say NO to Phase 2 of Litsey Cottages

No more cottages please. My vote is against any further approvals.

Our roads and schools cannot take on many more families. Traffic early morning and after work is going to be a disasterous!

100% Against Expansion. Lived in Chadwick Farms for 17 years and area becoming overcrowded.

I moved here from Southlake, and they banned any apartments or rental property for the very same reasons...the city has a duty to protect the quality of life for the homeowners.

Traffic nightmare not solvable

Roads of Litsey road need double of size then right now to handle this kind of traffics.

As someone who travels Litsey at least once a day, I dread the time when the current cottages are all rented! I can’t image the problems created in that area and connecting roads if additional homes are built.

My opposition is not the building of new homes. It is the issue of access based on more than 25 years of experience in public safety.

Our area has already gotten so crowded even before phase 1 people have moved in. Traffic is significantly worse than just last year. Please don't cram more people in such a small area! Things get way worse when there's a race at Texas Motor Speedway

There are too many rental properties surrounding the Chadwick Farm neighborhood. This will ultimately effect the homeowners property value.

Too much traffic on Litsey now.

Stop the urban sprawl. Traffic will be a nightmare and schools overcrowded

Fewer rentals! Seventeen Lakes Blvd already has to much traffic. Our roads can't support more traffic.
