Our area can not handle the traffic or large number of kids that will attend Tidwell. Please.do not allow these cottages to be built

Without an immediate plan to accommodate traffic and increase demand on the local schools, this is an easy "No" from me.

Against any further development in this area! No phase 2, 3, 4 5… enough is enough. We live here - the developers and people who are for further development in this area DO NOT!

Absolutely against these encampment looking things. Do not like the first set built and definitely against the second set.

We don’t need the additional traffic. Plus the building cause their construction traffic and heavy equipment that they drive through Seventeen Lakes Blvd.

Do not build another phase and traffic up our Roanoke even more. The roads are not built for this large an influx of people.

As a resident of Chadwick Farms since 2007, the current infrastructure cannot support all of this housing growth.

We don’t WANT or NEED anymore rental units of any kind in our subdivision!! It only invites criminals of all types!!! We need to keep our neighborhoods and our child SAFE!

Live in Chadwick Farms, this will directly impact our streets and traffic, which is already overly congested and difficult to navigate

This is such a small community that was not originally built with the capabilities to accommodate an overpopulation that the additional 250 homes will bring forth.
