I don't understand. Why our year. From all of my experiences at colonel gray I have found our teachers to be the least supportive people when it comes to school extracurriculars. I'm extremely dissapointed in the devotion of the administration and teaching staff of colonel gray to their students.

What do you mean your trying to get rid of prom. It's something every grade 12 looks forward to after a long stresful sesmester. Give the kids what they want. And don't ruin generations of doing the same thing year after year.

I really hope the teachers change their minds. Prom is the high light of many students high school experience and shouldn't be taken from them! Good luck colonels!!!

As a graduate from gray last year, prom was the biggest event. Speaking for myself and probably a lot of other students, we tried to save ourselves for the after party because who wants to look like a fool in front of all of your teachers and a pretty big crowd. I also had the chance to attend rural's prom the year before and having the teachers lining up out front is a big deal. It's actually a nice gesture to say goodbye to the teachers whether you liked them or not. I know it is a big job for the teachers and it is a hectic time of year. For the grade 10s and 11 you should really consider helping out this year because you might be in this position yourself! Everyone from years before really appreciates the work the teachers do organizing prom. I really hope that prom will happen for years to come. All the best gray!! Hot2go
