I am a recent graduate of Colonel Gray, I honestly think prom should be an every year thing for the teachers to put on! It's a celebration and a goodbye to your teachers, friends and peers. You'll be separated within a few months and that is one of the last events you'll have together. If you want to cancel anything, in my opinion.. Cancel safe grad. Everyone looks forward to prom for 12 years. You can't just go and cancel it and make parents/students put it on. That's not fair to the students graduating this year and the students in the years ahead. Don't be so cheap Mr. Asshole, you don't see other schools going and cancelling their prom or making parents put it on.
