We want Certificates of Preference issued to everyone, including the children of the parents, who were displaced by the Redevelopment Agency or the Housing Authority in Hunters Point. We want each Certificate to have monetary value of $20,000 towards the purchase of a new home in Hunters Point-Bayview, to be used for down payment assistance, or for rental purposes the Certificate would be worth $7,000 towards first and last month\'s rent and security deposit. Further, we call for a Certificate of Preference Holder\'s meeting for everyone entitled, to be held at the Bayview Opera House and conducted by our own BAYVIEW HUNTERS POINT REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS-BVHP REPS. We want full cooperation of the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency, the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency Commission, the San Francisco Housing Authority, and the Board of Supervisors to share the costs and technical expertise needed to help everyone entitled to a Certificate, receive all the assistance and necessary information, under the direction of BVHP REPS community brokers. We support the BVHP REPS (Bayview Hunters Point Real Estate Professionals) which is comprised of real estate brokers from the community. Members are Bayview Property Managers, ALN Realty and DWS/BVHP Real Estate Services. I. Purpose of Certificate Preference A. To give certain preferences in consideration for housing and business opportunities to persons displaced by redevelopment activities. B. \"Certificate of Preference\" - is used to give certain preferences in consideration for housing and business opportunities to persons displaced by redevelopment activities. C. \"Displaced Person\" - means a person who was a legal resident of a building who permanently moves him or herself (or business) from the property as a result of acquisition of property. A Displaced Person may be an owner or a tenant of the property from which he/she was displaced by the S.F. Housing Authority or the S.F. Redvelopment Agency. D. \"Family\" - We want every member of the household to receive a Certificate. E. \"Eligibility\" - Anyone, adult or child who was a resident at time of displacement. II.
