We do not need high density housing on Main Street, we have plenty west of the freeway. Centerville has a charm of a small town feeling with the benefits of retail space and Hi density west. Please do not take away our small town Main Street USA

the sad thing about so many hi density housing is all the problems that come with it. I move to Centerville be cause it is such a nice community. Came from an area that. Was extremely cosintrated apartments. Created lots of problems. I vote no more!

We love Centerville because it feels like a small town. This will ruin that feeling here and make traffic unbearable.

Many of us moved to Centerville for its small town feel and quiet, close-knit neighborhoods. Both these proposals threaten that--what we value most about our community. It's time our zoning, our elected officials and, and city staff unite in an effort to preserve and sustain what matters most to those who live here.

I am hoping to see the zoning changed to low density, our streets will not handle the extra traffic without improvements and 400 west is busy enough as is.

Why is all the high density housing and all the business congestion in south Centerville? Don't tell me that Center Street is the middle of the city, either. It is more like Chase Lane. Not only do we have our high density housing, but Bountiful's also.
