Medium density is enough on Porter Lane. Developers come and go, but housing stays for generations. Let's Zone Centerville Right. zonecentervilleright.wordpress.com

Please reconsider this proposal. We are already an island between 2 busy streets, Main and 4th west. It is very difficult to get out of our subdivision now. Added traffic and people will have such a detrimental effect on citizens, schools, police and fire and our water!!! Please do not pass out this.

It's time we stand up for what WE want and can live with. High density housing is not the Centerville way and should not be approved/built on 400 South & Main Street (Walton Project by Brighton Homes).
