Let's make centerville main street attractive. DO NOT build high density housing. If you go a block south, you have hundreds of units for sell and rent. It is a huge eye sore. Stop high density building!

The only reason that we stayed in Centerville after my wife graduated from college was because we thought it would be a nice, family friendly place to raise a city. Some of the recent growth is taking away from the small town feeling that we were hoping to hold onto.

I support medium density housing but our infrastructure (schools included) cannot and should not be made to support high density housing.

Please listen to the voice of the good residents of Centerville. We welcome new people and cherish their friendship, but please remember that we need to have room to play, park, and be safe, too.

If the current plan allows high density then the plan MUST be revisited and updated.

I would like the city of Centerville to not allow high density housing at either of these sites (Walton Village and at the Hofoka property). Please try to think of other alternatives for these two properties.

Please don't ruin the quiet and safe life that people move here for. High density housing does not belong here.

I'm not sure why this is even an issue. Centerville wasn't created to be dense like SLC, nor do any of the residences want it that way.

* No more high density housing in Centerville! * Our schools and roads are already high density and with more housing it would be like SLC (bumper to bumper & kid to kid in the Classroom!) We need to bring more to the table on better education so our future here in Centerville will be surrounded by educated people & a thriving business community! Please consider the future of Centerville in all aspects! ! Thank You,

Stop trying to cram more people into our city!!! I have lived my whole life in this area. Centerville has lost the charm it once had. We don't need to be a "mini slc". Keep the high density housing to the larger cities and leave us whatever is left of our "small town feel". I don't trust my kids to have the same freedom around town as I did at their age - gone are the days when you knew all your neighbors and could trust in your kids safety. The more people that are crammed into this city, the higher the risk of less safety for our kids!

I find it incredulous that city leaders think that they are above the wishes of the citizens. Are they not public SERVANTS?!?!?! It would appear that they have something to gain personally by allowing this to happen...

This much density would not demonstrate the small town atmosphere citizens have desired and voted for. Please honor and respect our property rights as well. Thank you
