Lets try not to turn our beautiful clear city into a crowded smoke filled mess.

Yeah really, this is going to just create more problems than we can feasibly solve in a reasonable amount of time.

I have grown up in Centerville just right off Main Street. I never thought that the beautiful small city I lived in would turn into such a pain. There are days it takes me 10 minutes to get to the freeway (I'm right by Centerville Elementary). We now have 15 food restaurants off of Parrish, that alone has made traffic crazy. I miss the city I grew up in.

I love my small community. That is the reason we moved to Centerville 4 years ago.

When we moved here 17 years ago we chose Centerville because the quiet residential areas, enough shopping for what we needed and close enough what wasn't available here. The area has changed so much in the last 17 years. Please don't change it anymore by allowing hi density housing into this beautiful city.

I've lived in Centerville for seven years and want to live here for the rest of my life--but not if traffic and congestion continue to get worse as they have the last few years.

High density housing would change the quality of life in Centerville. We live here because of the small town atmosphere, which is achieved by low density.

No more high density housing!

I have lived in Centerville for 20 years. My family and I love living in Centerville because it feels more like a giant family than a community. It is important to me and to most Centerville residents to keep Centerville low density. Increasing the population will increase traffic dramatically which will increase the probable danger for young children walking to and from the elementaries and junior high, as the proposed developments are adjacent to Main Street. Centerville's nature is a united, family-friendly, quiet community, and adding so much population in such small acreage will not only increase traffic danger for children, but it will change the very nature of our beloved city. Please consider our voices in your decision. Remember this country (and in turn this community) is meant to be run by the voice of the people, not by the voice of a few people.

Centerville is celebrating its 100th year this May particularly. It has been a great place to live in spite of the tremendously increased traffic. Already, at particular periods during the day, it may take OVER 10 minutes to reach the freeway from Main Street or visa versa. The City Code should not be changed to meet the pockets of some investors. Centerville needs to remain as it it. Sincerely - Marian Jensen

Not in favor of this type of growth

I do not like the idea of more dense apartments in Centerville. I live on the border of bountiful and Centerville and have felt the impact of more traffic and noise.

A city's duty is not to maximize profits of developers but to thoughtfully protect the values and vision of the community.

With all the high density housing and fast food places going in around Centerville, I feel that our city is becoming a place to stop by for a min, not a place to invest in and enjoy long term. Please, please, stop building more high density housing. There are much better ways to use the land and resources.

We have too many high density housing in Centerville, especially the south end. This will cause our property values to go down and increase crime.
