The lack of cell service in the area is a long standing issue. There are more and more people living and visiting the region that this is a major safety concern. The residents of this region should have the ability to contact emergency services.

As a cell phone user and a resident of Darcy BC. I would agree about the safety concerns for other, that don't have access to land lines in time of emergencys

The lack of cell coverage between Mount Currie and Seton is a major safety concern for the citizens of this community. The nearest medical clinic for the residents is located in Pemberton, a 40 minute drive away. In an emergency the ability to promptly dispatch an ambulance service to Mouny Currie promptly could be the difference between life and death. Cell service is an essential service in today's world, it's time has come.
