I am journalist, food writer and founder of PIRVELI culinary magazine in Georgia. I believe, that this initiative will help not only Food Heritage, but business also. Malta has an immense food and drink culture which can be promoted further to our many visitors to our islands ... I definitely support this initiative.
There are lots of amazing traditional artisan foods being produced across Europe. We need to support them.
Italian food is the best but we need to keep the old traditions alive for the next generation. Good luck!
Amazing idea. Our local markets and small farmers are struggling and deserve way more recognition across the continent.

Greece is very well known for its cuisine, the excellent quaility products and the great chefs! Protect Europe's food culture is a must!
