I have been walking these streets and talking to neighbors who remember how this area used to feel before the rapid growth. It is clear that we all want to protect the unique history tucked away between Main Street and Wills Road. I am currently gathering these signatures to show our local leaders that the Garden Arts District deserves a formal identity and proper recognition.

Seeing this kind of energy for our neighborhood story is overwhelming. It reminds me why I fought so hard to protect the history of these streets where my family grew up. This momentum proves that people value the soul of this area as much as I do.

I am a homeowner at 58 Canton Street. 30009. And I feel strongly that it will be beneficial to all areas of downtown Alpharetta to have geographic “districts” to aid in our tourism and sense of community!
