We need change in this community. I agree that the developer should be removed from the HOA board or at the very least voting abilities. As soon as this community is built-out they will be gone so why do they have any voice now!?

Let's take our HOA back from developer control. We are paying the price in assessments, fines & taxes. During this time of Bidenomics & a recession on the horiszon they must stop shaking down Cedar Creek residents!

This developer is not a steward of the vision the orginal Cedar Creek developers had. Greed is their driving force. It is sickening to see every stick of vegetation mowed down for new homes.
