A motion was passed in the recent AGM Meeting held on 26 Nov for termination of the Clover Shuttle Bus Service with a last day of the operation on 31st Dec’16.
to date, many residents have expressed concern over the decision and have requested that the motion be revoked with reasons cited below (not exhaustive)
- Usefulness of shuttle during times of heavy rain
- Kids travelling to the MRT
- Elderly travelling to Junction 8 for marketing and shopping.
- Fellow working adults leveraging the service as part of their morning commute for work.
Others have also conveyed unhappiness on the way the motion was passed. Here are various examples (not exhaustive)
- discontent with the way the motion was passed and the way it was presented in the Agenda.
- Lack of analytical time provided for deciding such an important agenda item.
- No mention of any correlation regarding increase/decrease of MF with the Shuttle Service.
In lieu of above, We, Residents of Clover by the Park hereby strongly petition against the cancellation of the Clover Shuttle Service, and vote to retain its current operational status quo.

Appreciate if you cld keep the shuttlebus to help avert the rush hour public bus crush for those who don't drive. Don't mind paying a per trip fee
I don't mind paying a little extra for the convenience. I had never use the service before but honestly thinks that many residents find it really useful.
It is very inconvenient for my dad who is 77 years old to do his Marketing in J8 without the shuttle service. Usually he will carry a lot of groceries from J8 n without shuttle service, it will pose a serious problem on how he can commute
shuttle bus service discontinuation impacting on residents daily live. The fact that it has high impact, it should give residents special highlight and prior notice before the AGM, this is not a fair and transparent system for voting this service out.
I strongly agree to retain the shuttle bus service given that I am a frequent passenger who needs to commute to and from work. It is absurd to stop the service as it will cause alot of inconveniences.
The shuttle bus is very useful. I would want it to be re-instated.

end of the day, the defeated resolution of $5 MF contribution per share seems to be "reinstated" WITH the take away of shuttle bus service costing at $2 of MF contribution.
