The Landmarks Preservation Commission has officially designated 315 Bowery as a protected site. We have succeeded in our goal to secure the building against future demolition. I am now filing the necessary paperwork to ensure the landmark status is recorded in the city archives.

CBGB IS LEGENDARY. SAVE THE BOWERY.
way to much history inside those walls to just bulldoze it over.
total tragedy if this gets torn down. too many memories here to let it go.
please stop building luxury condos everywhere for five minutes. we need history.
this city is losing all its soul. keep it standing.
