Walker Cat is a supplier of heavy equipment sold to the coal mining industry. Over three million pounds of explosives are detonated in the state of WV per day to blast away entire mountains, exposing thin seams of coal to be burned at dirty coal fired power plants throughout America and abroad. These coal fired power plants are emitting billions of tons of carbon into the Earths atmosphere and are a major contributor to global warming and climate change.
A recent United Nations scientific study has warned of the oncoming disastrous consequences to human civilization with the continued burning of fossil fuels. Yet, Walker Cat has chosen to mislead the public by advertising coal as clean and carbon neutral. Walker Cat is filling billboards in the state of West Virginia with the following statement.
\"Yes Coal, Clean Carbon Neutral Coal\"
Please sign this petition as a complaint to the West Virginia State Attorney Generals Office to force Walker Cat to stop this fraudulent advertising. There is no such thing as clean carbon neutral coal.

I drove past another one of these billboards this morning and the audacity of the claim still angers me. My home state deserves the truth rather than these blatant lies about carbon neutral coal being plastered across our highways.

Seeing this many people reject the blatant lies on those billboards confirms that I am not alone in my anger toward this company. The momentum we have built together proves that our mountains and our atmosphere are worth fighting for.

My kids see these signs and get confused. It is not okay to lie to the public especially about our environment.
