Incentive system is extremely important for rewarding and motivating fellow employees. If Trump Card system is going to stop, company is responsible to design for another rewarding system or else one day will lose the inner inspiration from its employees!

Being full atendance shouldnt be a punishment. We already get no special pattern nor no chance to apply off while the important holiday now?its unfair

I work hard and never po sick easily for having trump card so that I can apply day off during CNY.

We used to have voucher rewards or Headland dinner for 2 if not reporting sick for a calender year. What happened to this company? Are you trying to tell your staff, not to work so hard?

With the full attendance of record and we are able to reward some good flight with we prefer days off. I want to remain the system.

It is an important reward and motivation for crew with full attendence for a year and trump for a flight that we wish for in return. It is absolutely unfair to terminate it without a proper consultation while there is no transparency of how the mew perferercial bidding system will be running.
