Cathay Pacific Trump Card

Its not fair for those trump card holder since the rules change n change agian , n now even terminate it ! Its not only a personal reward , as a crew , its also a recognition for being a full attendance during a whole !

Should hv consulted more opinions from crew communities before making any changes .

Please keep the Trump Card system!!!

Please keep the current trump card system , it is a encouraging system for all the hardworking crew members. A very simply and effective system.

I don't see the point to discontinue trump card system, more choices are always better than no choice. Making a new diversed system doesn't mean you have to eliminate the old one.

Strongly disagree! I haven’t been report sick for 9 years , just because of the TC !!!!

Trump card should remain for employees

Trump card system is very valuable to me so that I can enable i hv New Year’s Day off to stay with my family and friends

cx should use trump card to encourage staffs for higher productivity performance

Trump card is a reward for those hardworking staff. Cancellation of trump card is a kind of discourage action and affect the morale of staff.

We need Trump Card!

I strongly believe Trump card system is to reward those with perfect attendancy and it should be continue, without it will only encourage more crew to report sick.

No point giving us the use of the lounge, as in the end too many conditions and rules prevent us from using the lounge, rather have the Trump for flight and GS, some thing should never be change
