Keep the trump card! It’s the only rewarding system for crew who value attendances and the only fair way for requesting flights!!!

1 of my TC expired and can't even extend as it doesn't cost company anything. I worked hard for a year to earn it. And now force to use all 4 in 14months. That is so unfair.

feel irrespecutful with such a short notice.... not only demotivating us to keep up the good attendance, but also depreciate all the efforts we play over the years.

we especially outport crew who really need trump card to going back home for certain matters ..

I think no matter we are going to start a new system or stop trump card cx should consult with crew members instead of announce the news and making crew panic. If this case we take it as normal, in the future we may expect some more unexpected policy like this.

This might be the bad idea to cancel trump card for not po sick crew and who fly 70~80hours monthly. We need the motivation!! The lounge invitation is nothing special.

I have always thought of Trump Card as a great morale booster. We can request days off for our respective festivals seeing we come from so many different cultures. It’s a real shame that the crew who make the effort to remain fit to fly and work through public holidays are being penalised.

Instead of cancelling Trump Card, there must be a better way to avoid people abusing the system. Trump Card is a reward to those crew who work hard to maintain full attandence. Please do not cancel the Trump Card.

Many crew work hard and not reporting sick due to the reward of trump card system. Please do not let us work in vain and actually encourage us to report sick. For your reference, some airlines reward their crew with a chance to trump flight or Gs when they have three months of full attendance, only three months.
