I want trump card back !!! It shd be inform & consult FAU & cabin crew if any big decision changed !! We are the user of trump card !!

Those crew who r waiting for their coming trump card to b rewarded for month of April, May....n Co. just say chopped! That’s unacceptable, outrageous! They post notice only in 20th Feb that they want to “chop” in March n they just chopped like that??? Any discussion earlier, any group project working on Trump Card Incentives? Nobody know or being inform.

It’s unfair to suddenly phrase out the trump card system esp for those who has been working so hard for ‘almost a year’. And you don’t know how important to hv some guarantee connecting Gs, for which I’m sure the new flight request system would provide

It’s a reward motivated system for recognizing those hard working staff ... NO SICK LEAVE is not easy ... deserves to give these staffs a reward which basically no cost for the company but can encourage staff to keep no sick leave !!

I value trump card so much its one of my biggest motivation to work so I can trump ONE flight I want at least. Already very disappointed canceling the disruption email and now even more disappointed canceling entire reward system without any notification in advance. This time I'm really upset about the company!!!!!
