Trump card is very important to us! It is not easy to get trump cards and this is so important to arrange our days off during the holiday with our families!

The TC system was designed to reward those crew that doesn’t report sick, and I believe it’s important for all of us.

Strongly suggest remain the trump card system. It’s our reward for full attendance. For me I haven’t report sick for at least 5 years.

Trump card is a reward for those hard working employee. Not all the employee use trump card for the flight but also the dayoff.

It would be a shame to see the Trump card abolished as it only encourages crew to go sick without an extra thought. Having a trump card system in place is a win win situation for both parties . It's not a benefit for the crew community but it is a reward and recognition for hardwork,effort and etc etc. Don't take away the Trump card from crew

I earned my first trump card by my full attendance record for a year. I managed well between my health and my work and now, the reward system is going to be gone. This is not only disappointing but also discouraging. One year of full attendance is by no chance easy to attain. Cabin crew are not immune to diseases or mild ailments. I had been sick once after long flights and I managed to get help in my G days and wished to recover by the time I have my next flight. Trump card has been an incentive for most of the cabin crew who wish to have a better control of our roster. I understand that as a cabin crew member, our job nature is different from other 9-to-5 jobs. We only have limited control of our roster with 5 swap quotas. We need to attend to our duties according to our assigned roster. Trump card enables us to have a little bit more control over our roster and our time. Please do not take away from us.

Trump card should be not be discontinued & extend the expiry date. Trump card also should be one of the criteria for promotion, not only CPP❗️
Sick rate may become higher if there is any reward system.

Disappointed decision to cancel a reward system without introducing a replacement before hand. Hope CX can bring back the TC system for staff motivation.
