On behalf of myself and lots of my cabin crew friends. I’m here to show my disappointment on canceling such a incentive recognition reward system-Trump card.
Please preserve it or provide a better incentive method after discussing with FAU or most of excellent crew members having impressive attendance records.

It's a effective way to keep crew having good attendance, it's also a compliment for them, why shouldn't we keep this good practice? Does it cost a lot to company?

I work hard and never po sick for 5 years!!!! Just because I need trump card for applying for days off during CNY! Please provide more incentives or remain current trump card system to motivate the hardworking crews who try hard to keep healthy body too!!!

Trump card is the only thing that I value most in order to bid for flight that I want to go which the chance of being roster would never have happened. Company take away this privilege will make crew morale even lower, besides sick leave will be somewhat take for granted since there’s nothing to look forward to. Giving us the pass to access to lounge is meaningless for those who hardly travel like me, on the other hand, as we all know, travel as ID is always get the boarding pass last minute, how can we have chance to enjoy the lounge. Please get real.
