Trump card is a recognition to the crew with good attendance

Its just a shame CX did not consult FAU nor crew before making such decision in such a short time

A lot of crew members do value the trump card system. Many of them make use of their trump cards to arrange their days-off for family moments or arrange family trips. Phasing out the trump card system is not only unfair to those crew members who have had full attendance for the past year(s), but also discouraging all the crew members.

Pls keep the Trump card .

Do not spoil cx

New scheme gives the hard working crew a loung pass but as a ID passenger, most of the times we get the ticket on the very last minute, so the lounge pass can not really be used. It only sounds nice but impractical in the real situation.

This is one of the few perks left. Highly unfair for those who don't call in sick ,the responsible few.

Please let us have the trump card system as we believe it is one of our reward to gain our deserved holidays

Keep the existing TC policy and add the new options.

Its a positive motivation. Please keep it.

It's not fair to stop the trump card for those crew tried their best to maintain perfect attendance and I am one of them.

Please keep the trump card system. It is the only reward (for now) for hard working crew who has full attendance. It is surely a motivation for them!
