18 mths to use up all the card .thats impossiable .take way the trump card system . So disappointing . Please tell us how the new system work that would be better than the trump carts system pls ?

I suppose to have 2 trump card after April 2019 since I haven’t report sick for the past 2 years. However, company just suddenly stop the system on 1st Mar 2019 and I will lose 1 trump card because of that, that is really unfair to those who have full attendance!!!!

Trump card is a good reward for us who don't report sick, without it crew will not be encouraged to have good attendance record.

Tho I don’t expect I’ll get the trump card, but I believe employees are valuable for a corporation. Crew should be rewarded for their continuous efforts! Please keep the trump card system!

I believe this great reward system not only keep high productivity and full attendance from crew, but also maintain a positive morale among crew community. It is disrespect to being taken away the system without any consultation with crew members!

Trump card is very important for crew to achieve WORK LIFE BALANCE in CX. For hi-den crew, they have been working really hard and trying their best to keep good health conditions for work. In return, they just want to trump regular G to take good care of their family. For those normal roster crew, the trump card is essential because we can use it to trump regular G to attend different classes and courses without doing extra swap (giving extra work load to ICM) or sending request to ISD for extra swap quota/ special G day request.

I need my trump card for my regular Gs and to trump my desired flights! This is the one and only one system rewarding my “productivity”!

It's actually more like a punishment than recognition to crew telling us that we are not earning any Trump card 1Mar2019 onwards with only 8day notice. What if the crew has not been absent from work for 8months 29days up to 1Mar2019? That's very unfair and sad!
We have our own plans on how to spend the Trump card, we have paid effort on keeping 100% attendance in order for us to make our plans such as taking day off during our preferred period, we don't take it for granted, so please don't ruin our plans and neglect the effort that we have paid, it's not easy to have persistence on 100% attendance.
Before the new system is consulted, introduced in details and implement, we should keep the Trump card system!
