I take 20 to go to school everyday, but if I miss a 20, I will wait for another 1 hour. It's so awful.

Please increase the number and frequency of route 20 buses! They come so infrequently and yet fill up so fast.

More Bus 20 will definitely benefit more UCSC students and faculties who live in the west side of Santa Cruz!

Its really inconvenient. If you miss the 20 because it is overcrowded you have to wait a hour. We really need one that should run every half hour. This would help with the crowds and make it easier to get home from school.

I use to live on route 20. It's horrible to get home when it's late. And so many people use bus 20 to get around campus. It would help out many students
