I lived on the Westside for a few years and was super lucky to have been picked up given my location in Delaware/Woodrow. UCSC needs more 20 buses. I've seen far too many people miss their bus

It's the worst feeling when the 20 is full and you still have to wait another hour for the next one. ☹️

We terribly need another 20 route, or probably make bus 20D run half an hour late after 20, just so that we have bus 20 after every 30 mins.

I have wasted so much valuable time waiting for the 20. I would park my car on campus to save time but I can't buy a permit this year, and because of that I waste valuable time either waiting for a bus or walking a few miles home from the base of campus. PLEASE run the 20 every half hour, it would be so much more efficient for people who's classes or work start on the hour and don't want to be late or ridiculously early.
