We need more buses. It is sad that the buses don't even stop at the bus stops because they are full.

The metro needs a lot more than just one more 20 route but this is still super important

It has always frustrating to trust catch a 20. It keeps me from trying to use the bus system at all. The 10 and the 20 are two of the most underrated busses.

Please add another 20 bus route. 30 mins per bus is reasonable.

If another route 20 can't be added, at least move the 20D schedule half hour later, that way our time is much more flexible.

Send the 20D half an hour in between the regular 20 instead of 5 min before! It would be a huge difference!
