Please don't change the Special Regulations Section of the Tulpehocken (Tully) Creek from Delayed Harvest to Catch and Release Artificial Lures Only. I love fishing there, an I'm afraid the change will result in a much diminished experience for me and my fellow fly-fishers. Thanks for taking our views into consideration.
