Please don't do our stream and the people who take care of it a disservice. I feel that if bait fishing is allowed we will begin to see bait containers and hook packs scattered along the banks of the Tully. If this this happens slowly people will stop caring about this great resource. I hope that is not what the PA Fish and Boat Commission wants. I urge you to make the Tully Catch and Release Artificial Lures Only.

Us a fly fisherman we only have 3.2 miles of stream to fish we do not ask for much but to be left alone we take care and pride in keeping the fisheries clean and left the way it should be please do not take this from us

We have 100 miles or so of streams open to bait fishing. The special regulation area has worked to create a great sport location. This 4 mile stretch should be catch and release only. I

The Tully is and should continue to be one of the premier streams in Pennsylvania. Providing the first 3.2 miles which are delayed harvest to catch and release will allow the stream to produce and growth health holdover trout. I believe it's very important for not only the stream but also the community to protect this amazing resource. On any spring weekend you will see license plates from MD, NJ AND DE parked all over the Tully. Let's work to keep this stream not only thriving for local anglers but also for our out of state anglers who pay out of state license fees just to be able to fish this amazing tailwater.
