Allowing bait fishing in artificial lure only sections of PA streams is a "lose-lose" proposition. Fly fishers pump significant dollars into the local economies purchasing acomodations, food, fishing gear, and other supplies. Artificial only stream sections are already a very small portion of available public water. The loss of additional sections will have very negative repercussions for the state's economy and for those fishers who prefer to use artificials.
