The change to catch and release could raise theTullyto "Blue Ribbon" status, create wild trout water unparalleled in this region, and help preserves fantastic public recreation resource at very little cost. It is state opportunity to create a rare gem in southeastern pa outdoor sporting. Please do the right and best thing and make the Tullly Catch & Release

Changing the regulations on Tulpehocken Creek to artificial lures only catch and release would be beneficial to all anglers, including our youth. With the Tully having many miles of approved trout water to fish, there is no harm in having a very small area dedicated to catch and release, especially in such an urban area.
