The Lamp is Over done and not fair to the public. Unjust for the public. Property Right and placing something on your deed with unjust reasoning? Not fair and the public has been requesting changes for over 7 years!!! It seems the Enviromental Department is more worried about the fees so they have a job and get paid from the fees and not worried about the Enviroment or Public? LAMP is Not good for Alameda County.

Our property rights need to be protected
Why can't the county go after the violators
And just leave the law abiding citizens (who pay there Salaries) alone.

The proposed LAMP presents an undue burden on the individual homeowners of rural Alameda County, destroys property rights and property value.
Yes it will be sent to the Board of Supervisors and we're encouraging everyone to write individual letters to Nate Miley. The Board is scheduled to hear a presentation from Dillon Rowe of Environmental Health to accept the proposal as written or allow her to submit a partial presentation now but no one has even seen it. Just another scam. The meeting will be on Tuesday May 10th in Oakland from 9 am until 12:30. This will be on the agenda with other items but the agenda has not been published yet. We need as many people there as we can. Strength in numbers.
