The rolling system and the fact they can't get my account back to me -_-. I've got my account hacked in December! And I've been trying to get it back since I've shown my proof of transactions of money I've spent and I've shown screenshots of my accounts progression and even screenshots of their being somebody else on my account and saying they "bought" it. I just want MY account back.

I hate how you like a game and then later they become greedy and forget to feed there players. So now it just got real from here on. I'm not spending a dime on Castle Clash and I'm converting to boom beach until I see some kind of love and respect for players. (I know y'all at IGG got money and ain't even getting what u deserve so y'all should help)

Been playing since early 2012, Financially invested to the point of £1000 (Not much compared to some of the people you'll find here) But it is a lot of money, and a lot of this money was essentially wasted by IGG's tactics to make previous releases (in the shape of heroes) relatively, if not completely obsolete, who remembers when cupid was META for every game mode? Now you have the Aries, PKs and other energy reductionists in the world tearing cupid a new one. Another example is Candy Kane, she was never useful without a 5 revite, yet many spent the money to get it for her because the RNG aspect in Arena would win more games and now she is 100% obsolete. Anyways, IGG fix your game.

I been playing for over 3 years, I have loved all the time I played until these last 6 MONTHS!!! I used to pay to play, but no point. IGG comes out with OP heroes weeks before I can finish the first one. IGG you need to listen to what players you have left that haven't quit, cause if you keep this up, you aren't gonna have any left.

You have allowed people to become emotionally and financially invested in the game then changed it into the unrecognizable money sink that it is today. Garbage.

I realy hope igg makes new reformed rolling system which wouldnt only be based on igg profiting. I would hate to see this game fail because of iggs greed.

We all want to make money, but greed is inexcusable. We don't mind spending money, that's our choice...don't make your choice one of greed and unfairness

Remove shardable heroes from legendary hero cards and include all gem heroes.
