Stop using the same message when you reply to our emails, its like you are just using BOTS instead of actually helping us to our problems, you send us the same message everytime we have complains, and always saying its about luck, so you fa***t igg personel back there tellin me im unlucky, because i spent thousands of cash and i still dont have any event hero on the game, i only have your redeemables and no dragons, the only dragon i got is a lousy dracax which is not very useful in the game, so if i were you, you listen close to every player who needs help, oneday i think if you really were exposed by one of your employee lawsuits from around the world will flood you, and all those money you make will be gone

I fully support this petition because I am I free to play person who never spends money it has money to use on this game and I also spend lots of time and waiting for gems but I get nothing good from rolling.
