I sign this cause I'm tired of it being so hard to get good rolls and having spent money and come up empty handed getting nothing but blue or green heros.

New accts have better odds of rolling newer heroes and dupes for those than older accts and as pointed out..Accts that have spent way too much on a new hero.

I've been playing this game for years and love it, however, the rate at which good heroes are obtained is unfair.

IGG is useless

Spent over 300k gems trying for Anubis and didn't get him, I am done

Toy game for kids,hero before be better

I spent 5k in gems got 1 purple slime with these odds I didn't think I'll spend one more dime on this game because of the greed.

I'm on of the originals. I've stopped playing my favorite game because of the absurd amount of money needed to maintain relevancy in the game. A change is far over due.
