i agree as i 15 years old at the time spend 800 euros on the game what didnt even give me that many good heroes

It isn't clear the system for obtaining heroes is flawed and takes advantage of the players. I will not buy any more gems until adjustments are made.

Very hard for f2p members like me to get new heros

very small percentage of rolling heroes for those f2p player.

I've spent over 4 thousand dollars on this game and don't even have any of the new players. IGG is coming out with to many heros that cost to much to get and that is one of the reasons why I stopped playing. Fix this IGG

I have never spent a penny on this game. I don't cheat

I think atleast make it better for spenders. I've seen f2p have better luck than people that spend hundreds, including me. Fix it and make the odds a bit better. I feel if they are better the profits will still even out cause more people will buy, knowing that they're more likely to get a good hero.
