IGG has tried to force its players to pay $250 to fix a mistaken when they replace a talent by accident -- a mistake they could easily verify on the server side and correct in a minute. They don't give a damn about any of you. Doesn't matter if you spend $10,000. You're still trash to them.

CHANGE THE ROLLING SYSTEM! Make older legendary heroes shardable, remove shard heroes from gem rolls. Green heroes from gem rolls???? GtFO IGG! Have some respect for your players and CHANGE THIS SYSTEM!!!

i send them tons of mails but always get same answer,random,random...how can be random when u roll 15/20k gems and got 2 paly?or playing 3 years without one wg5 talent??its all fixed to pusk ppl to spend more and more...i have ppl in guild that quit game couse cant controll themself about spending

I always tried to spend as less as possible to compete with the game and I am still spent less than 50$,
The good thing is I am very competitive and can hold up with the best as at the end you will use as max 6 heroes, so no reason to spend money only for having a full collection of useless heroes.
Stay sharp and make the best with what you got

Been playing this game for 16months and Ive bought 400000 gems. I'm still yet to get a single revit 5 and no new heroes until now. Everytime I complain to IGG they offer me 200-300 gems which I haven't accepted. I mean seriously people spend loads of money and these guys can't even give what they want? How greedy can they be? Just because some top players (spoiled brats) spend absurd amount of money doesn't mean that everyone can spend the same. And what is the point playing a game when all you need is money. A new player with huge can easily overtake a f2p player who's been playing for 4 years. I request IGG to do some changes. A game is all about grinding not just money.
