The rolling system is so greedy i've been waiting for a new hero since 6 months and got nothing!!! Especially after i send igg some emails to give something new, they become more difficult after emails!! Wow really there is nothing to say...

We have had many people in my guild go and buy 10k gems and not get one new hero.

They have poor customer service.
I lost my revite 5 crest set and because they were scared of it being a false claim, they wouldn't give me any compensation for it at all.
They could not go back in the serve and look and see I have the set? It's just baffling to me.

This rolling system has been rigged for a long time. I myself is a free to play castle clash player. It is VERY VERY dificult for me to get a new hero I eventually think it is just pure luck. I rolled thousands of gems and just get elite and green heroes. It feels like this game is just rigged so you have to spend thousands apon thousands of gems to get one simple new hero. It is just messed up.

I have spent plenty in the past. Far more than a brand new Playstation or Xbox console.
I find it very disheartening when older hero's still seem to be unattainable which are major players in the game today. Yet brand new hero's continuously flood the game so it never ends on how much you want the next hero and the next and then never seem to be able to keep up or be competitive because the brand new heroes seem to Trump old ones and make all the time money and dedication to older hero's a complete waste of time. Because the new hero's are too over powered and the old hero's just sit collecting dust because there is no longer a use for them.
