Hero rolling system is broken. Needs a drastic change.

I am not one to complain, but when you start investing money with little to no returns , and see how low the odds are to roll heroes it really puts you off. Igg seem to have become quite greedy if I do say so myself.

I've been a loyal player for 3 years, playing and making purchases consistently, yet still have not received a skull knight since he came out. That's honestly just ridiculous.

I would like more transparency with rolling odds of each hero. Furthermore I believe the cost of this game has become increasingly unbearable, especially when obvious deficiencies and glitches in simple gameplay are continuously ignored.

I recently spent $400 trying to get Anubis and got royally screwed, not only did I not get Anubis, but I didn't get a single legendary that I actually needed. As usual, events spewed out PD's, Tree's and Death Knight's like they the best thing since sliced bread. Gem rolls yielded nearly all shard heroes, with the exception one which I already had 15 cards in the warehouse.
Pay attention IGG, your customers are NOT happy!

I have spent countless of dollars on this game for years now. It's not right that I can't get the new heros. Thus, I will no longer purchase anything on Castle Clash. They need to fix the rolling system.

The rolling system def needs an overhaul to keep up with the current release schedule. Get rid of the crap that we can get by buying with shards or hb

I agree wholeheartedly with this petition. I refuse to spend any more on this game unless something is fixed, due to the negative value returned. It has taken the enjoyment out of the game dramatically.
